To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and subsequently maintained in your Account profile is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity. If we detect that you have opened or are operating multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all bets and transactions, confiscate any winnings and bonus funds, and retain any deposits as compensation for administrative costs and potential losses incurred.
As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, all Users must complete identity verification by submitting valid identification documents. Within 72 hours of registration or before your first withdrawal (whichever occurs first), you must provide clear, legible copies of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in Account restrictions including but not limited to suspension of withdrawal privileges, limitation of deposit amounts, or temporary Account suspension until verification is completed. You are allowed only ONE account on dw33. Multiple accounts, bonus abuse, and identity fraud will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify dw33 of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and activities conducted using your credentials.
We strongly recommend that you choose a strong, unique password consisting of a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using easily guessable information such as your name, date of birth, or common words. Never use the same password for multiple online services. You should change your password regularly and never write it down or store it in an unsecured location.
You must ensure that you log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from shared or public devices. If you believe your Account has been compromised or accessed by unauthorized parties, you must immediately change your password and contact our customer support team. dw33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
dw33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian residents:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and User account status. VIP members may be eligible for higher deposit limits. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and any deposits made in currencies other than IDR will be subject to conversion at prevailing exchange rates, potentially incurring additional fees.
Deposit processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers typically process within 5-30 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB), though processing may be delayed outside these hours or on Indonesian public holidays. E-wallet deposits generally process instantly upon confirmation. dw33 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. You warrant that all funds deposited to your Account are obtained from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal conduct. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of deposited funds, particularly for large or irregular transactions.
Before requesting your first withdrawal, you must complete full KYC verification as outlined in Section 3.3. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching the name on your dw33 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited to prevent money laundering and fraud.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though exceptionally large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification procedures. You may request multiple withdrawals per day, subject to available balance and pending withdrawal limits.
All withdrawal requests are subject to manual review and approval. Standard processing time is up to 24 hours from the time of request. VIP members enjoy priority processing with faster withdrawal times based on their tier level. Withdrawals may be delayed if additional verification is required, if there are concerns about fraudulent activity, or during periods of high transaction volume. We will notify you by email if your withdrawal requires additional documentation or verification.
Once approved, the time for funds to reach your designated account depends on your bank or payment provider. Bank transfers typically arrive within 1-3 business days, while e-wallet transfers may be instant or take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals processed on weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience additional delays due to banking closures.
dw33 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or payment provider may impose their own fees for incoming transfers. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party financial institutions. Withdrawals must be requested in the same currency (IDR) in which your deposits were made.
Before withdrawing, you must meet the wagering requirements for any active bonuses credited to your Account. If you have received bonus funds, you must complete the specified wagering requirements before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. See Section 7 for complete bonus terms.

dw33 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to Users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, free bets, and VIP rewards. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to Users who have completed full KYC verification and have made at least one successful deposit. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. We reserve the right to refuse, withhold, or withdraw any bonus from Users who we reasonably believe are abusing the bonus system through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse. Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotional terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable funds.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain other games may contribute less or not at all. Game contribution percentages will be specified in the bonus terms. Bets placed on low-risk or hedged bets (such as betting on both red and black in roulette) will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period (typically 30-90 days from bonus credit). If wagering requirements are not met within the time limit, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Maximum bet limits apply while wagering a bonus (typically Rp 50,000 per bet). Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and winnings.
If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements for an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited, and only your original deposited funds (minus any losses) will be available for withdrawal. You may voluntarily forfeit a bonus at any time by contacting customer support.
All bets are final and cannot be changed, cancelled, or voided once confirmed, except in cases of obvious error or technical malfunction. You are responsible for ensuring that you understand the rules of each Game before placing a bet. Game rules and RTP percentages are available in each game's information section. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
In sports betting, if an event is abandoned, cancelled, postponed, or does not take place as scheduled, bets will be void and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the specific sports betting rules. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing sports body. We reserve the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or palpable mistakes in odds.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Platform or any part of the Services at any time without prior notice for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, or any other reason at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, provided that we will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.
The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Services will meet your requirements. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
While we employ industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your Account, personal information, or funds. You acknowledge that internet-based services carry inherent security risks and that you use the Platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dw33, its owners, operators, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or engaged in any conduct that we deem harmful to dw33, other Users, or the integrity of the Platform. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:
If your Account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and we reserve the right to retain deposits to offset any losses or administrative costs incurred. We may also refuse to open a new Account for you in the future.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining balance, ensuring that all pending bets are settled and all bonus wagering requirements are met or voluntarily forfeited. Once your Account is closed, you will no longer be able to access the Platform or any historical account information.
Account closure is permanent and irreversible. If you wish to use dw33 Services again in the future, you must open a new Account subject to our standard registration and verification procedures. However, if your original Account was closed due to self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes, you may not open a new Account for the duration of your self-exclusion period.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage Users to first attempt to resolve disputes through our customer support channels. If informal resolution is not successful, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Board (BANI - Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia).
